The District is subject to an independent financial audit each year. The audit verifies the District’s compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing school districts and identifies the financial health of our district. The Point Pleasant Borough School District recently earned its 23rd consecutive clean financial audit, free from audit findings or recommendations.
The Point Pleasant Borough School District continues to be among the lowest spending K-12 school districts in Monmouth and Ocean County, but yet is among the highest in academic achievements. The District remains committed to transparency in our endeavor to provide a first-class educational experience to students while remaining accountable to Point Pleasant Borough's taxpayers.
