Welcome to the Point Pleasant Borough School District Business Office. The Business Office is located in the district administrative offices at 2100 Panther Path. The department is responsible for the Point Pleasant Borough School District's financial affairs.

The department also manages or coordinates employee benefits and insurance, asset accounting, transportation, and food service operations and provides oversight for facilities and construction management.
The District’s fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Central Administration worksin tandem with the Board of Education to develop an annual budget, which is approved by the Board of Education each April. The Business Office is responsible for admininstering the budget and monitoring the allocation of funds.
The District is subject to an independent financial audit each year, which is coordinated by the Business Office. The audit verifies the district’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing school districts and identifies the financial health of the school district. The Point Pleasant Borough School District recently earned its 18th consecutive clean financial audit, free from audit findings or recommendations.
