The Point Pleasant Board of Education offers a summer savings plan to all full time 10-month employees scheduled thirty (30) or more hours per week.
Any employee selecting the twelve-month option will have ten percent of their gross contractual base salary deducted each pay period from September through June. All taxes and other deductions will be taken out during the regular ten-month period. These funds will then be disbursed to the employee semi-monthly in July and August.
Employees must complete a participation agreement (Exhibit 6) each year prior to August 31.
